Keywords are very necessary for better SEO of your blog. By default, Blogger
doesn't have Keyword tags included. Very un-professional and definitely not
good for search engines. 
Keyword tags helps search engine to get visitor to your site. But to do this step
right, you will need to know which keywords you should attach on your site.
You need to select right keywords, related to your blog purpose.
For examlpe, if you have blog mostly about free games or software, you should
include following tags on it (separated with ,):
free software, free games, downloads, download game, freeware soft, applications, games for free,
online gaming, software reviews
Of course, you don't need to import exact keywords on your blog. Above tags
are displayed like example.
